High-tempo live action photography is my passion.  Stylized shoots and portraits offer a lot of fun challenges as well. The fire service has offered me a lot of lessons about working in a dynamic and dangerous environment. The first time we did a wedding and a funeral the fire ground lessons paid off.  We believe that you will often get one chance to capture and memorialize an event. Our experiences on the fire ground has mentored us well. 

Being not easily distracted is a hallmark of my photography style. I am not afraid to get in close and grab the shot that often makes my mom cringe.  With an unflinching ability to stay on a moving subject even in the dark standing next to a burning tank of liquified propane,  I get the shot.  This has prepared me very well for weddings,  funerals, and parties where the scenes change quickly and without warning.
